The 20th Century

The 20th Century is a series of collages by Johannes Wohnseifer from 2014. Each of the one hundred collages is sized to the DIN A4 format, measuring exactly 29,7 x 21 cm. Each collage represents a year from the 20th century and was assembled from parts of a book or magazine that was published in the respective year. The series spans the years from 1901 to 2000.
